Many thanks for your careful revisions of your paper, which I am happy to accept for publication subject to very few technical corrections:

- lines 41/84: please put references in chronological order
- line 134: maybe insert comma after "i.e."
- line 155: I think that (x,y) should not be a subscript but rather h(x,y)?
- line 164: "set ups" should read "setups"
- line 184 and in several other places: you have rather large spacings between values and units. What works quite nicely with latex is to insert \, - for instance 150\,W\,m$^{-2}$. You may want to try this.
- line 755: check spelling of "weather"
- line 762: delete dot after "air"
- line 768: should read "Master thesis"
- line 814: if this paper is still in press, then you should change the year to 2015
- references in general: you have some paper titles with capitalised words and others where everything is small cap (where possible). You may consider to make this more uniform.
