Congratulations. In my view you have adequately addressed the comments of the reviewers and the revised paper may now proceed to ACP. One reviewer clearly has interpreted the word "budget" so as to expect a much more extensive examination of the sources, particularly marine, and advocated use of the whole campaign data including those from ships. While this approach is indeed likely to reveal much, I accept your position statement specifying the focus of the paper to be limited to an "atmospheric budget" (or bromine budget breakdown) rather than the entire column budget that was targeted by SHIVA. The data are clearly valuable to the troposphere/stratosphere community.
